Custom hats aren't sitting on a shelf waiting for you. Nothing gets made until you order — then we pull the blanks, set up your artwork, and decorate every hat in our shop. That's the two to three weeks.

Custom orders are final sale. Your artwork is stitched or printed into every hat, so we can't restock them — give the preview, colors, and quantity one last look before you check out. If an order shows up damaged or isn't what you approved, that's on us and we'll fix it.

Do I get to see what it'll look like before I order?
Yes. Upload your logo and see a mockup on the actual hat before you check out.
What's the minimum order?
12 hats. There's no upper limit — orders scale all the way up.
How long until I get my hats?
2–3 weeks. Every custom order is made to order — we set up your artwork, decorate the hats in our shop, then ship them out with tracking. If you have a hard deadline, tell us before you order and we'll let you know if we can hit it.
Can I return or exchange a custom order?
No — all custom orders are final sale. Every hat is decorated with your artwork the moment you order, so there's nothing for us to restock or resell. Look over the preview, colors, and quantity carefully before you check out. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match what you approved, get in touch and we'll make it right.
Does bulk pricing apply here too?
Yes. 12+ hats is $17.99 each, 24+ drops to $16.99 with free shipping, and 48+ is $15.99 with free shipping — applied automatically at checkout.
What if the preview doesn't generate?
You'll still see your logo placed on the hat and can check out — the mockup is a preview, not a requirement.
Can I just buy the hats blank instead?
Anytime — shop the blanks and skip the customizer entirely.
